Our Story
I was born Korean and raised Italian. Growing up in Italy, I learned to cook at my Nonna Anna's side — flour on the counter, recipes passed by hand, not by book. In 1998 I carried those recipes to New York. Years later, we open in late 2018 and shortly right after the pandemic hits nyc, I opened a bakery and named it after the person who matters most to me: my daughter, Angelina. Then Covid nearly took my life. Surviving it changed everything.
