About Tony Park

From Sicily With Love

Tony Park who is of Korean descent, but born in Palermo, Italy and raised from a young age by an Italian family, pays homage to his Italian grandmother, Giuliana “Anna”, who taught him how to cook and bake as well as his daughter, Angelina. Park, who studied pastry at Scuola Alberghiera of Palermo, started his career as a pastry chef in Italy and decided in his 20s to leave for the States.

"I used to skateboard in Times Square dreaming of owning a place here and now I get to create a special dessert for one of my favorite organizations, which supports so many great professionals on Broadway and NYC’s entertainment world.

Among the innovative specialties Angelina Bakery has to offer is their iconic bombolone (Italy’s response to the doughnut)!

In honor of this grand opening, Tony has created a Special Edition “Broadway Bombolone” decorated with one of our favorite sayings.

All proceeds of the new “Broadway Bombolone” will benefit The Actors Fund and this special promotion will start on December 1, 2021 through March 1, 2022. A perfect treat to bring to a holiday gathering or to enjoy yourself, and supporting The Actors Fund at the same time.

Our Menu

Menu options range from savory favorites including unique spinach and beet infused bread Sandwiches, Pizzas and the signature Cheese Focaccia, claimed by the New York Times as, “So nice, you’ll eat it twice.”

Sweet treats include the remastered Bombolone donut made with lighter ingredients, the brioche x croissant hybrid Brissant™ as well as cakes and tarts.
